Good to know ## Pizza questions, answered ### What kind of pizza does J. Burns' make? Thin, crispy, square-cut pizza, the style often called tavern-style, made the same way since 1965. Every pie starts with a dough made specially for us, gets topped edge to edge, and is baked until the edges crisp, then cut into squares instead of wedges. ### What is the difference between square-cut and tavern-style pizza? They’re the same thing. Tavern-style (or party-cut) pizza is a thin, crispy pizza sliced into squares. At J. Burns’ it has simply been the house cut since 1965. You get crispy corner squares, cheesy center squares, and a pie that’s easy to share. ### Does J. Burns' have gluten-free pizza? Yes. Two gluten-free crusts, available every day at all three shops: a rice flour crust (10″ and 14″) and a cauliflower crust (10″). Both are made for guests with celiac disease or gluten intolerance, and nearly any topping can go on either crust. ### Is the cauliflower crust vegan or keto? The cauliflower crust is a gluten-free option made for guests avoiding wheat; it isn’t a vegan or keto claim. If you have specific dietary questions, call your shop and the crew will walk you through the ingredients. ### Can I build my own pizza? Absolutely. Pick a crust (original thin and crispy, gluten-free rice, or cauliflower) and load it from our topping lineup: pepperoni, sausage, ham, bacon, ground beef, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, banana peppers, black or green olives, pineapple, tomatoes, and extra cheese. ### Where can I see pizza prices?
