Yes — two gluten-free crusts, available every day at all three shops: a rice flour crust (10″ and 14″) and a cauliflower crust (10″). Both are made for guests with celiac disease or gluten intolerance, and nearly any topping can go on either crust.

The cauliflower crust is a gluten-free option made for guests avoiding wheat; it isn’t a vegan or keto claim. If you have specific dietary questions, call your shop and the crew will walk you through the ingredients.
