Food Allergies and Dietary Information
We maintain a separate preparation station for our gluten-free options, with its own surfaces and utensils, specifically so that guests with celiac disease and gluten intolerance can order with confidence. Our team treats this seriously and follows it every shift.
At the same time, our shops are working kitchens where wheat flour, dairy, soy, eggs, and other common allergens are present, so we cannot promise a completely allergen-free environment. Descriptions on this website are general information and are not a substitute for speaking with our staff.
If you have a food allergy, celiac disease, or another dietary restriction, please tell a team member before you order so we can walk you through your options. You are responsible for making the final decision about what is right for you.
