Our Maryoma Plaza shop bakes the same thin, crispy, square-cut pizza the original has made since 1965, from the same dough made specially for us, cut into the same squares people around here grew up on.

This shop is also where a lot of our gluten-free guests land. Both of our gluten-free crusts — rice flour in 10″ and 14″, and cauliflower in 10″ — are made for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance, so a family where one person eats gluten-free can finally order from one pizza shop.
